THE HAWAII INITIATIVE

Often referred to as “The Proving Grounds,” it is no surprise that we began our product R&D on Oahu’s North Shore with the best watermen in the world: the North Shore Lifeguard Association. No one in the world spends more time dealing with water safety than this elite unit of lifesavers. Whether it be out on patrol, on the jet skis, or wading out into treacherous surf zones, these brave individuals put it all on the line year after year.

What many people don’t know about the NSLA is how deeply involved they are within the communities throughout Hawaii and abroad. They are true subject matter experts on all things ocean-minded - whether it be their work running the Oahu Junior Lifeguard program, working with legislators on helpful environmental laws, or providing a voice for the North Shore community. On top of all of these collateral duties, they spend 10-12 hours in tropical sun every day. When we asked ourselves who out there truly aligns with our core values and can put our products to the test, it was a no-brainer to partner with this group.After years of development, we came up with our patent-pending EarthWell® Zinc technology. Great for sensitive skin

I have acne prone sensitive skin this sunscreen not only doesn’t break me out but leaves no white cast.

wow I really love this sunscreen great applicator and leave skin feeling so s oft and good

The sun protection is great, I really like how it’s tinted so there’s no white cast and not too hard to blend in. Textures great for makeup as well!

Great finish

Takes awhile to blend but when it does it's a great finish, dewey and a little thicker which I like bc it's not like a liquid greasy. It gives a little coverage so I feel fine not wearing foundation!
